Okay so for a while, many people have and continue to point out that I have a gap in my teeth and how gross and unattractive it is. This gap is literally the only thing I’ve ever had “wrong” with my teeth. Never any cavities or anything. So why does it matter so much to people? It kind of upsets me that a lot of people seem to only judge me based on how my teeth look. No, they don’t care if I get good grades; they don’t care if I can write stories and poems, or sing, or play an instrument, or draw, or paint, or anything. All they can focus on is how “ugly” my teeth are and that is ridiculous. Judge me on my character, not on my appearance. okay? Having a small imperfection in my smile is not the end of the world and I refuse to treat it as such. It shouldn’t be the only thing you notice about me because I am not that empty space, I am a person with thoughts and talents and imperfections and feelings like everyone else and people should treat me as so.
